Return Policy

It's our mission to please our customers. But, for any reason you are not pleased with your order see our return policy below.

Candles may be returned for a store credit only within 15 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition. Store credit will be issued via email.

Candles received broken must submit the form below. We will then contact you via email. Please take a photo of the breakage prior to safely discarding the candle, to be eligible for a refund.
